Jacqui is now a qualified PRISM practitioner
We all know that personal and professional development is important for our teams. We talk a lot about it in the HR space and also with our clients to support them in developing their people for reasons that are least 2-fold which benefits both employees and employers!
How often do business owners and managers think about our own development? We know we need to keep up with an ever-changing work landscape and legislation changes, but when do we actually spend time to develop ourselves?
Last year I started studying to become an accredited PRISM practitioner, then work and life got in the way and I almost missed the deadline to complete it. Thank you to the team at PRISM BRAIN MAPPING for their unwavering support and patience.
I am excited and delighted to share that I am now a qualified PRISM practitioner but what does that mean?
This is an exciting step for me professionally, and one that adds real value from an HR and Leadership perspective. PRISM is a powerful behavioural profiling tool that helps individuals and teams better understand communication styles, behaviours and workplace preferences. That insight can make a real difference in areas such as recruitment, leadership development, employee engagement and team performance and so much more.
I’m looking forward to using PRISM to help organisations build greater self-awareness, strengthen working relationships and support people to perform at their best.
